No gimmicks here.  We simply charge you whatever it costs to ship the product to you based on the shipping service you prefer.  These shipping charges are calculated when you check out.

If an eMoto product doesn't enhance your riding experience, it means we missed something.  Please share your experience with us so that we can have an opportunity to help and better fulfill our mission.

 

Returns are accepted at our discretion, and may involve a restocking fee depending on the condition of the returned product.

 

We offer a 1-year warranty on our products.  If you experience issues with any product or component, please contact us so that we can troubleshoot, repair or exchange it promptly and get you back on the road.
